Good design is
invisible
More than 20 years ago we stumbled upon a book by the Italian Designer Bruno Munari. It was a revelation: from his words we understood that good design is transparent to users by making products easy to use, easy to learn and easy to understand. Good design just looks ‘right’ without being obvious to the user. In other words, good design is invisible.
Our studio is
invisible
Our studio in the historical heart of Milan is a small, glass-and-steel structure on top of a building, invisible from the main street and covered up with plants. In our invisible bubble we can hide away from the city chaos, look up to the sky and enjoy the silence while creating.
An invisible hard work creates simplicity
Our clean and simple designs are the result of deep thinking, user behaviour observation and intense analysis in the pursuit of the best solution. A hard invisible work necessary for the final results, because, as Leonardo da Vinci said, “simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication”.
Invisibility is
a fascinating superpower
Remember the Fantastic Four? Everyone would love to be a superhero. That’s why we like calling ourselves “The Invisibles”. And “InvisibleStudio” is a cool name, isn’t it?
